I began working with past life regression over 20 years ago and through this discovered Future Life Progression. It has changed my life. Somehow by tapping into the future what we wanted came much sooner. I soon realised that the dramatic change and improvements it has brought to my own life could benefit others too. I have now used FLP with hundreds of my clients. Some of their experiences are in my book ‘The Future is Yours’. For the past ten years I have been experimenting and gaining knowledge and techniques which I am now teaching to others. The Nature of You


 
This time of the year nature teaches us that we are alive, that new life is arriving. It teaches us that no matter where we are or what our circumstances we can feel at peace and enjoy a lone flower, a breath of fresh air, sun shine, the shape of a cloud or a newly born creature.
 
If you synchronise with nature your vibration becomes alive with energy, which in turn brings all manner of wonderful things flowing your way.
 
At the end I have a little exercise to make the most of the energy of springtime :
 
For the next week be aware of nature: the slight breeze, the tingle of the sun on your face, the branches of a tree fluttering. Notice how easily nature flows and blooms. A tree doesn't fret about its size or shape, progress or direction. It is as it is.
Be aware of the flow of water: a twig floats on the river and ends up where it ends up. It doesn't fight against its natural course.
Be aware that spring is the time to begin new ventures, to allow ideas and creativity to flow. Feel yourself waking up with renewed energy. Go outside, breathe deeply, feel the soft grass and know that you live on a beautiful planet that has an energy all of its own.
You will feel a sense of peace, you will let go and align yourself to the natural flow.
