When we worry we create an energy that pushes away what we want. By laughing we clear that energy leaving ourselves opens to all the good things in life.
So over the next week I would love you to laugh as much as possible at the ridiculousness of most things especially the daft things we worry about.
Watch comedies, watch comedy films, remember your best and favourite joke and recycle it.
Think of times that you have laughed uncontrollably, like when you were rolling around holding yours stomach with your friends.
Think of all the people you find funny, make a least of at least ten. On my list is Norman wisdom, Al Murray and Olivia Lee.
And finally go out to make as many people as possible laugh. It's contagious you know.
