I like to choose one day a month that I call my Brigadoon Day. On that day I stop and think about where I am heading and what I want to achieve in life and then I imagine I have just this one day to set things up and from the moment I get up to the time I go to bed that is my focus.
I’d love you to try this: start by thinking about where you’d like to be in life and what you need to do in order to make it happen.
Are there any appointments you need to make?
Is there anything you need to design such as a website or business cards?
Is there anyone you need to contact for help?
Is there anything you need to do personally perhaps join a gym or walking club or buy a certain self help book or see a therapist?
During this day I only speak to people in relation to my plan. I do not chit chat or use social media. I only have one day remember to get everything moving that needs moving.
