Cosmic Energy and some kind words

Hi Anne,

I wanted to offer some gratitude for a recent success in my experience.  I have been offered a new job and I am very happy to be moving on from my current place which I no longer felt rewarding of fulfilling.

Specifically, I used your interview energy techniques from your Cosmic Energy book around energetically entering the building and flowing my energy to it along with infusing my aura with specific colours.

I was prepared for the interview and I have good experience and skills and I did use another technique (from mindpowersecrets which involved speaking to the interviewers whilst at alpha), however feel the energy practices played a big part.

Although I answered all questions with good detail and examples, I didn't do great on one aspect of the practical section of the interview and as a result felt very deflated and down for the rest of the day, feeling that the opportunity was long gone.

A few days later however I received a call with the good new.

Like I said at the beginning, I just wanted to say thank you and all the best.

The Rainbow River

• Firstly I want you to focus your energy on the name of the person, or the company, so you can tune in and allow your energy to flow to them. Notice what you feel and any impressions you have. Imagine your energy flowing in through the door and to the person you wish to connect with and impress.
• Feel your energy flowing towards them like a strong river. Now allow your Etheric Energy to gently rest on their shoulders. Notice what impressions thoughts and feelings come to you. In your mind ask, ‘What do you want? What are you looking for?’ Find out all you need to know, this information will help you to prepare for your interview and give you the edge over other candidates. Spend a few moments tuning in with them, don’t censor what comes into your mind.
•  Then reclaim your Etheric Energy, imagine the river rushing back to you, but importantly leave a little of your energy in the office or workspace or with the person. You could imagine the Etheric Energy you leave behind as a thin layer of water covering the floor, not stagnant but clear and sparkling
• If you want to make this technique even stronger, you can give your Etheric Energy a colour, so you will be visualising colour water rushing into the building. Think of your energy as a colour river. As you learnt in chapter two, every shade in the spectrum has a particular quality and by leaving your coloured Etheric Energy in the room when you meet the person who is going to interview you they will attach this quality to you.
• To find the right colour for the job you have applied for have a look at the following suggestions, through trial and error I have discovered these work particular well in interviews:
  
• High profile job – chairman of the board, infuse your aura with gold.
• Jobs with authority - if you are chasing a job where you need to be respected, head of a department or in charge of staff, then silver is perfect.
• Dynamic roles - flow some red through your aura.
• Communication skills - such as in selling or buying - or speaking/communicating to the public in some way then yellow is the colour you need.
• High-level negotiator - blue is the right colour for you.
• Accountancy, or anything to do with budgets and finance - green because it’s the colour of money and by putting green around you the books will balance and profits will flow. Using this will boost your talents in this area and make them shine out.
• Creative roles, maybe a graphic designer, window dresser, architect - yellow, similar to communication, but also visualise indigo for inspiration.

 

Do you ever notice how people react when you have good things going on in your life? Some people light up and say fantastic, others immediately say, ‘Why have you got that and not me' and others well, you see their little faces drop with disappointment. Odd isn’t it? I love to see  the reactions because the people I want to be around are the ones who light up and of course they will have fabulous things happen in their lives too because they have an amazing attitude.
 
Personally I love seeing people do well it confirms to me that life is wonderful and fabulous things happen to those who are open and positive.

EXERCISE - Brigadoon Day

I like to choose one day a month that I call my Brigadoon Day. On that day I stop and think about where I am heading and what I want to achieve in life and then I imagine I have just this one day to set things up and from the moment I get up to the time I go to bed that is my focus.


I’d love you to try this: start by thinking about where you’d like to be in life and what you need to do in order to make it happen.


Are there any appointments you need to make?


Is there anything you need to design such as a website or business cards?


Is there anyone you need to contact for help?


Is there anything you need to do personally perhaps join a gym or walking club or buy a certain self help book or see a therapist?


During this day I only speak to people in relation to my plan. I do not chit chat or use social media. I only have one day remember to get everything moving that needs moving.

Etheric Energy Technique

Getting to Know Your Etheric Energy   Become aware of your aura and feel its energy. Imagine making it brighter or duller. Now imagine the glow of the Etheric Energy surrounding your aura. Once you have an awareness of your Etheric Energy you can do amazing things with it.   Imagine moving the Etheric Energy, stretching it. Hold out your arms in front of you and imagine the Etheric Energy stretching way beyond them, extending two, three and four metres out in front of you. Now bring the energy back to your body.   Next, allow your Etheric Energy to make a pointed shape on the top of your head like a dunce's hat. Then bring it back. Play around and try out some ideas of your own.   This is the important part. Now that you have "found" your Etheric Energy, focus on your solar plexus area and imagine your Etheric Energy forming a shape a little like an arm and allow this to stretch out in front of you.   Now think of someone that you come across in your everyday life . . . maybe a colleague or friend; ideally someone whose feelings would be useful to know. Now take your Etheric Energy "arm" and gently place the "hand" on the person's solar plexus. This area is the seat of all emotion and this is where you will find out exactly what you need to know. Take your immediate impression. Do not censor it.   When you are finished, bring your Etheric Energy arm back into your body and surround yourself with bright white light for a few moments.
